4:30 pm -6:00 pm this day we had our general assembly for the discussion of events on this semester particularly the Financial report, calendar of activities updates, PSITS ITE week activities, discuss about PAASCU next year,Silicongulf activities and many other essential matters. We consider it as the most successful ITE General Assembly this year. Not to mention our unprofessionally in time management but the outcome of the assembly. Ordinarily, students attend general assembly for the sake of the attendance, but this time, though there are so many errors and bugs happened a while ago like unprepared programs, speeches and presentation, but still the flow of the programs were followed, considering our heroes of the day Ms. Catherine Remolleno, save us, who substitute the assigned Emcees since, the ASSIGNED EMCEES not there and late to come, Mr. Marlo Noval for letting us borrow his laptop with matching "mapansin jud ang wallpaper galore!". Successful? Because everybody participated in the open forum, they burst out their problem regarding financial matters and our functions. I am happy about it, though there are circumstances that feel me bad, but really, we appreciated it and at last! I feel that we are in the world of POLITICS, in the point that we now know student matters against us. We admit that if we would not utter things that what was going on to the program, if we still zip our mouth, we are not effective or we are being unfair to them. I’m really happy about the upshot, and we are expecting more challenges and blessings for the next general assembly. We the officers would like to extend our appreciation to Mr. Exander Barrios and Mr. Jerry Flores who facilitate us to be existent Officers since the First semester. For all of these experiences we have, having this position and responsibility we are more aware and the ability to grasp the real human race we are facing. We’re so lucky for these experiences. More challenges waited for us… So … MUST BREATH MORE!lol

I realized that Coldfusion is not really a great scripting language, although it’s free, oh! Not free but you can illegally own a pirated copy on it but in installing it’s not! Since my Drive C was reformat cause someone deposit a virus or a spyware on my Drive C, my YM sending viruses all my YM contacts, and it is totally disturbing, and I hate virus so I right away reformat , of course I backed up our projects, put it on the Drive D, and the database, bahal na uy! Usbon na lang nako.
Okie then, I use Windows XP SP 1, para gamay lang, I installed my Coldfusion, connect in to my SQL server 2000, and the connection was successful, so my internet technology project is okay na! But then, when I started to install my C#, it won’t, I forgot that the software requires SP2 + OS. So, I upgrade it into SP2, so successfully installed my c#, okay so okay na! But unfortunately, when I tested again my Coldfusion website, it won’t connect to the database anymore, and the error said:
Connection verification failed for data source: data
[]java.sql.SQLException: [Macromedia][SQLServer JDBC Driver][SQLServer]Cannot open database requested in login ‘new database_Data’. Login fails.
The root cause was that: java.sql.SQLException: [Macromedia][SQLServer JDBC Driver][SQLServer]Cannot open database requested in login ‘new database_Data’. Login fails.
So I got pissed off!
But thanks to google, the connection goes back. Hey If you experienced problem like this or same error like mine, here’s the thing:
The problem is Windows XP SP2. It enables the firewall, so I have no idea where the firewall is is so that I can disabled it, if possible. But there’s another procedure for the connection, the work around is to route your CF Admin Datasource connection through an MS ODBC socket, whatever that is. Here is how in more detail than the other threads have:
1) First go to Control Panel / Admin Tools / Data Sources (ODBC) and under
the System DSN tab add a new data source. Choose whatever name you like such
as mycompanyODBC, whatever description you like, and then choose an active
DB server on your system that you want to point to.
2) For authentication choose whichever you want but Windows NT is easiest
because that is your computer login.
3) Select your database that you want to address with CF then finish the
wizard.
4) In CF Admin Data Sources pick a data source name that makes sense to you,
such as mycompany_db, then choose ODBC Socket for the driver instead of
MySQL, SQL Server, or whatever.
5) The ODBC DSN should be the one you chose above in step 1, the user name
is system and no PW unless you want something more secure. Click Submit and
it should verify.
Hint: To save trouble when uploading your CF CFC or CFML page to the host
server you should choose the same datasource name on both the development
and the production (hosting) server. Your code shouldn’t have to know about
this work around.
Then, I am happy..:)

ano ta bords? ano ta ya? meow meow… Sept. 5, 2007 , 6:00-10:30 pm was the Dance Sports competition, the following events are Modern Dance, folk Dance, MOdern Standard and the Latin Dance.the ITE Modern Dance was participated by ryan Co, Kuya Jan, Mariel, Jesame, denis,Ken, and etc. trained by Kuya Mike. The competition was so tight, that it’s hard to choose whoose the best among the rest, but the ITE doesn’t expect GOLD for these. and the second event was the Folk Dance participated mostly byt the BSIT señiors and few BSIT juniors trained by Kuya Rodel, since the ITE was always the champion of these category, we much expect more of the ITE, but when we saw the first entry which is the engineering, we were a little worried cause they have this 2 cool giant puppet moving and dancing, and when we saw the ITE entry, we were so confident of their performances but when we saw how few they’re props, I am so worried about it, but Sir eX told us that the ITE has more difficulties than the entry number 1.Then The MOdern Standrd follow, I was really getting nervous, though I’m not the performer, but the feeling was inside me. Cause I really beleive Ritchie and Janet will win, but neverthless they have great scores form the judges and the Latin Dance, Egon and Irish trained by Jacky and Bryan of UIC Dance Troupe… Splendor Performace but the other program are more better. And as the Winners was announced——there goes our heart beats faster and faster——-
Here’s the results:
the Modern Dance winners:

1st: BAA
2nd: ITE
3rd:****
the Latin Dance winners

Sports Clinic- just like an ordinary intramural clinic… but no attendance to the participants on every event minus 1 to the total score.review sa Guidelines, laws and other concerns and issues of this years intramurals was tackle. THIS TIME their are STRICT, I mean it!
Gladly, after the meeting, naka libre ko og LUNCH, may gani nisulod ko sa SSG office… I had fun with the SSG, lalo na naa si Jumong didto, and meeting Joshua the PHISCI graduate… hehehe…I encourage him to shift to IT, bright man gud… heheheh
the COCP meeting, where I’m the circle’s secretary, I’m must be present. Tackle again some polish guidelines and mechanics for the Intramurals…but before the meeting, me, Jumong, Cyrene and other Engineering students were having some nice controversion, about the Intrams and about the s**** allowing a non skillful student to g***…, which IT and Engineering was not totally concentrating on theories but more on skills and capabilities you are in Technology. That’s why blah blah blah…
The meeting was great!I also spend my 1 hour watching the Dance sports practices and have some conversation with my friends way back last last years which I was practicing the _ for intrams. I saw Kuya Aldren, he was still pala the trainor.I am happy with Egon cause he’s the only one present in the practice, I’m so disappoint to the three.
okie, it’s Kadayawan btw, some mall touring, watching Marimar dancing, night gimik, Trabaho bilang officer and watch movie, RUSH HOUR 3, lingaw!

I’m pretty sure.. Everything would be fine… Over the bakod? is that mean? can anyone understand that you’re not happy anymore here because of some circumstances that everything changes.I mean everyone changes, there’s a fear over my self compare to last time I every time I see them. It is that hard? to be in Angel Locsin’s place? want to move one by simply "LIPAT TO THE OTHER?I’m happy over there and I’m alone in here. They seems don’t like me here… I hope it would be fix .They don’t see it as a problem but for me, it’s enormous.you get hurt when the one helping you are others when in fact, they are not even close to you.see my point?GMA where you belong, but Kapamilya are the one who besides you?
I’m happy with the output of the nutrition month, thanks to the officers who help me for this too late preparation, especially to Ryan Co, Aldred, Karen Su and Li, Aiza and most especially to JAsi… Congrats for winning 2ng place for the salad making, basta i mugna mugna lang ang daog ah… hehehe… TSISMIS!and to my baby Ryan Co, you’re sure our savior ray,a very cute PECHAY, makulay ang buhay.. hehehe… Watch out for the video (recorded at Jopal’s Phone), I’m gonna upload it to youtube, stay tune for more updates.Love you guys…Intrams na pud… wala na unta discrimination…ITe, medtech, pharma, HRM, and other programs are equal. I hope everybody will bear that, walay program na mga bright tanan wala pud bogo tanan, stop relying on your impressions, know us first.I hope this Intrams walay mugna mugna, walay descrimination og Uban pa.
so much for that over acting drama…i have a cool pics right here with my classmates:

Entering this level, surely you must say YES! Not forcedly but willingly.
